Enabling App-less Access

To enable App-less Access, you should receive an email from Klevio that includes a link to Klevio App-less Access. After clicking on this link, you’ll be asked to enter an Access Code, which you should have received separately from the person who’s shared a digital key (or keys) with you.

If you haven’t received the email link, please check your spam folder. If it’s not in there, contact the key holder and ask them to resend.

If you don’t have the Access Code, please contact the person/company that’s managing your access to the property.

Opening Doors with App-less Access

This feature is time-limited and you can only unlock an App-less Access-enabled door up to five times during this period.

If you’d like to use Klevio to access the property more often, you’ll need to install the Klevio app. The digital keys will already have been shared with you, along with an email explaining how to start using them, which you can refer to.

Depending on which technology the doors use (based on electric strike or Nuki), you’ll see either an "Open" or "Lock" and "Unlock" actions in the browser.

The "Open" button will let you open the door for a few seconds, after which the door will lock itself. Some doors make a sound when opened while others don't, so when you receive the message that the action was successful, try opening the door.

If the "Unlock" and "Lock" actions are available, you’ll have to lock the door by hand or by triggering the corresponding action in the interface.
